This is Chewie.
Chewie is a sweet golden retriever. As an Internet contact, I never met Chewie personally. This was to be a surprise birthday present for my client's husband. The first set of photos that she e-mailed to me were not particularly flattering to the dog. We discussed the photos via e-mail and she sent me a couple others, one of which is the one I used for this portrait which was an outstanding shot. I'm so glad that I suggested looking at some other photos.
It is really fun for me to work with my client's to get just the right photo/s to create their portrait. From what they tell me, they enjoy it just as much!

Below is an e-mail my client sent after giving the portrait to her husband:
I gave my husband the portrait (we are leaving for the holidays) and he was sooooooooooo surprised and absolutely thrilled!! You did a fantastic job. I am giving your name next month to a friend who may want her two deceased dogs done.
